The accommodation, available in lodges and tent-lodges, combines comfort and natural materials. On the restaurant menu, the dishes are prepared from local products and simmered for long hours by the women of the neighboring douars.

Les TERRES d’AMANAR was designed by, with and for the local population and won in 2009 , the responsible tourism trophy in Morocco, and in 2011, the green key label, the first international environmental label for accommodation. People from the region and surrounding villages work there as a priority. The site thus allows nearly 150 families to stay on site. Collaboration with local cooperatives and the implementation of a participative management encouraging the enhancement and continuous transmission of know-how are encouraged at all levels.
TERRES d’AMANAR is also a rigorous environmental policy through :
