Creation of the EBERTEC company by César BERTHOLLET, thus giving birth to one of the first major spirits import and distribution companies in Morocco.
1969: EBERTEC is bought by Guy BACONNET, with the absorption of several competing companies, SAMANA and TEMPLER.
1973: Moroccanization of society to conform to the new demands of the economy of the time.
1974: EBERTEC refines its diversification strategy by buying 50% of the capital of THALVIN, a company specializing in the production of wine in Morocco since 1923. This acquisition seems to prompt the management of the company, a new way to exploit .
1991: The company EBERTEC acquires the remaining 50% of the company THALVIN.
1997: EBERTEC’s external development policy is accentuated by the acquisition of Martini & Rossi Maroc, a company created in 1946 by the Martini & Rossi France.
2000: The control of the production process, placed at the heart of EBERTEC’s intentions, leads the two companies EBERTEC and THALVIN to create the Agricultural Society of Western Morocco.
2001: Martini & Rossi changes his corporate name and becomes M.R. RENOUVO.
2001: The EBERTEC–M.R.RENOUVO–THALVIN group is sold to DIANA HOLDING, whose President is Mr. Brahim ZNIBER.
