gardens of the medina, Riad el Arsat is an intimate and spacious place, combining luxury, charm and ancient traditions of Morocco.
With a large swimming pool, a spa, huge galleries and large terraces, the Riad el Arsat is one of the last historic palaces in the medina having been presented on the luxury tv channel during the film festival de Marrakech 2007.
The palace was built by the Kabbaj family at the end of the 19th century and then was broken up in the 1960s, after the death of the owner.
It has been renovated with the greatest respect for the original architecture by Mrs. Nicole Arbousset who has created an atmosphere subtly inspired by the thirties and revisited oriental art; and to whom we owe the restoration of the old unity.
