The Ardoaz opens its doors at 6.30 p.m., to welcome aperitif enthusiasts, who can sit on the terrace, on the ground floor or on the mezzanine.
To accompany your aperitif, you will have the opportunity to discover or rediscover the many tapas that the Chef makes every evening and which will be presented to you on pieces of slate. There is something for everyone, salmon, foie gras, prawns, ham, cheese, vegetables, the diversity is matched only by the creative spirit of the Chef who prepares them.
If you decide to stay for dinner , French cuisine will be offered to you, with some essentials such as semi-cooked foie gras, fillet of beef, rack of lamb, sole meunière, fillet of John Dory, etc. You will also find the suggestions of the day, depending on the market.
