Mehdi, a young Belgian of Moroccan origin, has teamed up with two of his compatriots to develop a concept at democratic prices for gourmets and lovers of traditional Moroccan cuisine.
To meet their challenge, the three friends apply the rule of three for a successful lunch or dinner: the meal must be a celebration, the food must be healthy, fresh and authentic and, last but not least, the economic aspect must be ideal for the customer.
