At the beginning of the 2000s in Morocco, we witnessed a growing phenomenon of establishments of European restaurant chains which brought about a real revolution in service and customer relations.
These signs having standard and inflexible manufacturing charters, they do not adapt at all to Moroccan taste and many of them disappear very quickly. The LAABI group had the idea of creating a resolutely Moroccan concept that meets the most demanding standards in terms of design, quality and hygiene like international brands.
The brand was born in 2000 in Casablanca in the Gauthier district and with a capacity of 120 covers. It represents an innovation in the Moroccan fast food sector. Its concept, based on the restaurant-grill-butcher revolutionized the popular restaurant sector of the time. Finally there was a restaurant offering a good table with good service for a diversified clientele in terms of socio-professional category.
