When it was created in 2010, the F.Kabbaj restaurant was a boutique with a tasting area. It was then that the shop was, little by little, transformed into a restaurant. Farida Kabbaj wanted to share her passion for foie gras and French gastronomy with as many people as possible. Today, she makes Casablancais discover or rediscover the duck specialties F.kabbaj, creation restaurantbut also recipes of yesteryear such as beef tongue with ravigote sauce or pot au feu.
First and foremost a family restaurant, F .Kabbaj is fully managed by Farida Kabbaj, her husband and two children. In this family of enthusiasts, everyone plays an essential role. The chef, Farida, develops the recipes and leads the team of cooks. Her husband, Saâd Lahlou, welcomes and advises customers. Aïcha and Driss, her two children, take care of the pastry and the bakery respectively.
