At the entrance to the medina of Essaouira, in a former almond warehouse, Atelier Madada welcomes you under its stone arches.
In small groups (8 people maximum) and supervised by our professional team, a chef and a trilingual animator, come and discover the secrets of Moroccan gastronomy and introduce yourself to the delights of one of the best cuisines in the world .
In a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, our half-day workshops will teach you how to make a complete traditional meal that you can then easily reproduce for your friends. Tajines, couscous, pastillas or gazelle horns will have no more secrets for you.
At the end of the course, the workshops continue in our oriental lounge with the tasting of the prepared dishes. You can then enjoy a glass of wine from the region while savoring the fruit of your labor.
After lunch, you can, if you wish, enjoy a tour of the souk during which you will complete your knowledge of spices and regional products.
