ANDIAMO IN MAROCCO

My name is Hassan, I am a young Berber boy born in the town of Hassi Labied, at the foot of the great dunes of Erg Chebbi. My parents, before I was born, were nomads and lived in the desert tending camels and goats. It was they who gave me the love for my land and for the desert. As a kid, after attending school in my village, I continued my studies at the Liceo di Rissani where I learned to speak French.
During the same years, during the holiday period, I accompanied many tourists on multi-day treks to discover the desert and the mountains. It was during those years that I learned to speak several languages: Italian, Spanish and English. I subsequently continued my studies at the University of Errachidia where I further improved my knowledge of the French language and literature.
In 2012 I followed a professional training course for mountain guides in the Moroccan national school located in the city by Azilal.
In recent years, despite the desire for knowledge that led me to continue my studies, I have never stopped working in the tourism sector as a guide, both for 4×4 car tours and for trekking. I hope to be able to take you on a discovery of my wonderful country and pass on my knowledge of our traditions and customs.
