You have traveled for several hours in the desert. You are dusty, a little tired. You have crossed Tazzarine, you have almost lost yourselves in the small streets lined with high adobe walls. ‘Amasttou opened, and Ahmed welcomed you. On the left, a small shop, and the office. On the right, a free space, where perhaps a caravan is parked. In front of you, tall palm trees whose trunks disappear under the bougainvillea… An alley, with the restaurant tables, sheltered under a palm roof. Going along it, you will discover on your left small very green alleys, a few tents, and – but it’s a secret – the entrance to the kitchen. At the end of the driveway, a large lawn, a few tents, and a swimming pool. And behind, a “menzeh”, this garden pavilion where Moroccans like to meet, sheltered from the sun, and have a quiet lunch. On both sides of the menzeh, more alleys, more greenery, tents… Welcome to Amasttou!
