The story begins at the Restaurant du Port, created by Michel Arnoux in 1982, which was first of all a small, friendly restaurant, already known for its excellent fried calamari and the quality of its welcome.
Then the son, Eric Arnoux met Aziz Chabine who was returning from France and had just taken over a neighborhood restaurant behind the central market in Casa.
