At breakfast we offer a wide variety of dishes. Excellent to start your day in ait ben haddou. The buffet is served in the traditional caidal tent very well decorated and located near the garden and panoramic view of the ksar.
Morocco is well known for its precious and tasty cuisine. We offer great Moroccan specialties and different dishes from all over the country. Among the most famous recipes, you will have the chance to taste couscous or amazing tajines, the Kalia or the skewers.
A typical meal in our restaurant would be: harira (Moroccan soup), Moroccan salad, chicken tagine or grilled skewers, and for dessert seasonal fruit, Moroccan pastries and yoghurt. All this will make you benefit from a good meal prepared by a professional and a staff at your service. You must finish your meal with a traditional mint tea.
