61 km from Marrakech, in the direction of Taroudant, nestled in the heart of an intact and grandiose nature on the foothills of the High Atlas is at about 1000 meters above sea level the old Berber village of Ouirgane.

And it is at the bend of one of them that the inn arises. Like everyone under the name “Chez Momo”, it is appropriate to speak today of “Chez Momo II”. Because because of the ever-increasing water needs of the “pearl of the south”, it was the construction of the dam that gave birth to the new reservoir which swallowed up the first inn at the end of 2008.
