Christophe Pillet is the design guru behind Sahrai’s look. The property was conceived to mirror the architectural layout of the Medina, hence evoking an original sense of place and belonging to and within the local architectural landscape. Local natural and noble materials – Taza limestone, marble, wood, metal and glass – were used to create a luxury and chic environment.
An epitome of Pillet’s sleek and sophisticated style, the hotel will feature 50 thoughtfully appointed guest rooms, complemented by two stylish restaurants and a vibrant rooftop bar, an upcoming hotspot for the chic and young at heart travelling to Fez.
A beautifully designed infinity pool with enthralling views of the city and a Spa by Givenchy, featuring an indoor jacuzzi, a hammam and five treatment rooms, are also available to guests looking for an extra touch of luxury.
