RESERVATIONSYou can send us your requests for reservations preferably by e-mail or by fax and we will send you a written response by return. After your approval of the proposed services and prices, we will send you a final program accompanied by a proforma invoice. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT Your reservations are guaranteed after receipt of your payment as follows: 50% deposit upon receipt of the proforma invoice. Balance (50% remaining) 30 days before arrival in Morocco. 100% if reservations are made less 30 days before arrival in Morocco. CHANGES MADE BY THE CLIENT We will do our best to change your reservations according to your instructions, but we cannot guarantee that this is always possible, particularly during high season and with certain hotels. Changes may result in surcharges that we will communicate to you.
